Our technicians only are qualified for repairing our units. You then have to return it to our plant in Montauban. However, you can, if agreeable to you, let the device at the distributor from whom you bought it.
So far the item is under guarantee, there will be no fees. Return of the item to our plant is at your expense, then back return after repair is at BOUYER expense. If item is no longer covered by guarantee, please contact our After Sales to get a price quotation after repair agreement.
This is quite easy ; you have to download the After Sales Return Agreement document on the Web and follow procedure – or you contact the After Sales by email to savbouyer@bouyer.com.
Guarantee starts from date of purchase (purchase invoice or delivery note). Guarantee is only valid for repair in our premises.
All our items are guaranteed 2 (two) years, except CD and cassette mechanisms and hard drive discs which are guaranteed 1 (one) year – refer to our General Sales Conditions
